Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love what you’ve chosen.

Because many of our pieces are small-batch, seasonal, handmade, vintage or preloved, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, colour or preference.

Please read product descriptions, measurements and photographs carefully before purchasing. Vintage and preloved pieces may show gentle signs of age or previous wear; we consider these part of their character and will always do our best to photograph and describe any notable imperfections.

If we’ve made a mistake, or your order arrives damaged or materially different from its description, please contact us at hello@allthesundays.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to make it right.

For hygiene and food-safety reasons, food, bath and body products, and other personal-use items cannot be returned.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

Any rights or remedies provided under applicable consumer-protection laws are not affected by this policy.
